WHICH OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS? We typically process the following data about you: names; national ID number (EGN) / personal number of a foreigner (LNCh); contact details (email, address, phone); address; banking information; information regarding the subject of the insurance contract (profession, position, place of work, nationality, financial information, gender, age and other data); tax and financial information; information regarding an insurance contract or claim; health data, where applicable. WHY DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA? We need it to carry out our activity as an insurance intermediary – preparing quotes, concluding, servicing, performing obligations under and settling claims on insurance contracts. In certain cases we share your data with contractual partners (assistance companies, call centre, trusted physicians, insurers, reinsurers, etc.) on the grounds of the legitimate interest of Broker Ins OOD. FOR WHAT PURPOSES DO WE USE YOUR DATA? Risk assessment; preparing an individual insurance offer; timely notification of premiums due and policies due for renewal; administering payments; processing requests/complaints; assisting with the use of a medical service; processing claims and paying indemnities; protecting the legitimate interest of the company; fraud prevention; compliance with legal requirements; marketing communication (with consent); statistical processing. WHERE DO WE STORE YOUR DATA? Within the European Economic Area (EEA); where a transfer outside the EEA is necessary, this is done in compliance with applicable law and through Standard Contractual Clauses. PROFILING When preparing an individual offer, your personal data may be subject to profiling through information-processing systems, based on set criteria developed by experts. WITH WHOM MAY WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA? Service providers (insurers, consultants, assistance companies, trusted physicians, reinsurers); subcontractors; state and municipal authorities where required by law; subsidiaries of Broker Ins OOD.
