These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between "Broker Ins" OOD and any person ("User") who accesses, browses, or uses the services and content available on the Site – www.brokerins.bg. 2.2. By accessing the Site, the User declares that they are familiar with these Terms and Conditions, understand them, and undertake to comply with them. If the User does not agree with these terms, they should immediately stop using the Site. 3. NATURE OF THE INFORMATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 3.1. USER PROFILE AND THE INTEGRATED "BROKER INS MOBILE" SYSTEM 4.1. For the purposes of providing electronic insurance services and managing and tracking insurance policies, premiums, expiring terms, and claims settlement, the Site offers the possibility of registering and using a personal user profile. 4.2. In essence, the personal user profile on the Site constitutes a web interface of the Broker Ins Mobile digital platform. The user account provides integrated and synchronized access to the client's insurance file both via a web browser and via the mobile application. 4.3. Obligations of the User: • The User is obliged to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date data when registering and concluding insurance policies through their profile. • The User bears full responsibility for keeping their access credentials (username and password) confidential. All actions carried out through the profile shall be deemed to have been performed personally by the User. • In case of suspected unauthorized access or a security breach, the User is obliged to immediately notify "Broker Ins" OOD. 4.4. Protection and Processing of Data in Broker Ins Mobile: • All personal data entered or generated in the Broker Ins Mobile profile (including national ID number/personal number of a foreigner, contact details, vehicle data, real estate, insurance history, and payments) is processed in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy. • Processing is carried out in strict compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the Personal Data Protection Act, and the Insurance Code. 5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 5.1. All rights to the content of the Site and the Broker Ins Mobile platform – including text, graphic images, trademarks, logo, software code, and design – are the exclusive property of "Broker Ins" OOD or are used under a legal basis/license. 5.2. The User has no right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use elements of the Site for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of "Broker Ins" OOD. 6.
