Professional Liability Insurance for employers providing temporary employment
We could offer an insurance solution to all companies providing temporary employment in connection with the requirements of Chapter Eight “a” of the Employment Promotion Act /promulgated in the State Gazette No. 7/2012, effective from 5.12.2011/.
In relation to these requirements and the specifics of those employed in this field, the enterprises which create temporary jobs are obligated to take out and provide a valid Employer’s Liability Insurance with a sum insured of BGN 200,000.
The insurance which Broker Ins Ltd provides in partnership with a leading insurance company on the market, as well as the special terms thereto are coordinated and approved by the Employment Agency.
