Optional Injury Accident Insurance
Optional Car Seat insurance can be concluded either individually or together with Third Party Liability Insurance.
The main coverages are loss of life, and permanent or temporary loss of working capacity as a result of accidents resulting from crashes. The insurance has territorial validity in the Republic of Bulgaria.
All seats in the vehicle or only the driver can be insured. Insurance amounts typically range between BGN 1,000 and BGN 20,000 per person/per seat.

Compulsory Accident Insurance for Public Transport Passengers concludes and maintains carriers engaged in the public transport of passengers beginning and ending their journeys on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, including:
- Railway transport;
- Trolleys and buses;
- Aircraft;
- Sea/River transport;
- Cable-ways and lifts;
- Taxis
The subject of insurance is the health, life, and limbs of the occupants of the vehicles, or in their immediate vicinity when boarding or disembarking, excluding drivers and servicing personnel.
The insured amount under Compulsory Accident Insurance for Public Transport Passengers is BGN 50,000 for each event per passenger.
Covered risks are loss of life and permanently lost or reduced working capacity as the result of an accident.
The insurance premium on Compulsory Accident Insurance for Public Transport Passengers is determined depending on the type of vehicles per passenger seats or as a percentage of revenues realized by the carrier from sold tickets or cards, according to the tariff conditions of the insurer.
