Professional Liability of Participants in Construction Insurance for a specific site pursuant to Art. 173 of the Spatial Development Act

The insurance covering the liability of participants in the design and construction pursuant to Art. 173, Para. 1 of the Spatial Development Act provides protection to the insured person for a specific site. This policy can be taken out also for a period longer than one year.

The liability limits are determined, based on the type of activity which is carried out and the type of construction sites.
