  • Costs incurred by the insured to limit damage resulting from an insured event
  • Other specific risks according to the activity and requirements of the insured

Possible extensions of coverage:

  • All Risks Insurance – in order to achieve optimal insurance protection, insurance can be concluded on the basis of “all risks”. In this case, compensation will be subject to all risks arising from any sudden, accidental and unforeseen event, in addition to explicit exceptions under the terms and conditions of the insurer.
  • Electronic Equipment Insurance – All electronic equipment, computers and systems for industrial or commercial purposes may be insured under this policy.

In view of the specifics of electronic equipment, electronic equipment insurance provides more complete coverage than the standard Property Insurance coverage. The insurance coverage includes material damage, loss or damage to external data carriers, the extra costs of using alternative (substitute) equipment, as well as the opportunity for All Risks coverage.

  • Machine Accident Insurance – this insurance is concluded in addition to basic property insurance and provides specific coverage related to risks that may arise in the normal operation of insured machines, equipment and apparatus, such as:
  • Lack of skills by staff, clumsiness or negligence
  • Power from electrical current to electrical equipment
  • Structural errors, installation errors
  • Defects in castings and poor workmanship details
  • Breakage due to centrifugal forces and/or fatigue of material
  • Shortage of water in steam boilers and boilers
  • Implosion or other effects due to vacuum
  • Overpressure, with the exception of explosion
  • Failure/malfunction of air-handling, cooling, heating installations
  • Storm, icing and direct impact of ice
  • External events impacting mechanics

Interruption of activity as a result of the risks covered by property insurance, accident of machinery and electronic equipment – this insurance is concluded as an extension of Property, Machinery and Electronic Equipment Insurance. It provides protection against loss of income due to interruption or breach of the insured’s business due to property damage as a result of property, accident, and machinery and electronic equipment risk.
