Whom should I notify?
In all cases of car damages you should immediately notify the competent authority – Road Traffic Police, Police, Fire Department, etc. If this cannot be done for any reason, you should immediately notify the insurer calling the phone number provided by them.

Car insurance – In case of damages other than theft or fire, the time limits for filing a claim are 3 to 5 calendar days of the event’s occurrence. In case of theft or fire, the insurer should be notified by phone immediately and the claim should be filed within 24 hours of the event.
Third Party Liability of Motorists – the time limit for filing a claim to the insurer of the person who caused the damages is within 7 days of the event.
