What kind of protection provides the insurance?
The insurance provides protection against claims for compensation filed by clients of the notary, who have suffered damages as a result of his failure to fulfill his professional duty during the insurance period as well as the obligations of the assistant notary and/or the staff in the notary’s office while doing their job according to the notary’s instructions.
The insurer indemnifies those claims against the insured that are filed first in writing during the period of insurance, provided that the insurance events take place when the insurance is already valid.
The insurance protection can be expanded through the additional coverage “Retroactive action”.
