• preparation of any papers – applications, petitions, applications, complaints etc. related to work assigned to the client;
• representation of the trustees and the defendants, and protection of their rights and legitimate interests before the bodies of the judiciary, administrative bodies and offices, as well as before physical and juridical persons.

The insurer shall consider and indemnify claims filed against the Insured for the first time in writing during the term of the insurance, provided that events on the basis of which the claims were made occurred after the date the insurance began.

Insurance protection can be extended by signing the “Retroactive Action” cover.
