Typically, all insurances are now offered with a 24-hour secured assistance. Using the assisting company means that wherever you are abroad you will have someone to turn to if you need help. It is an international partner of the insurer and its coordinates are usually written on the cover of the policy. The operators speak Bulgarian. If necessary, you may call the numbers listed in the policy at any time of day, and you will be directed to an appropriate health care facility where you do not have to pay anything – the cost will be covered directly under the terms of your insurance.

Insurance premiums differ depending on the amount of insurance, the age of the traveler, the length of stay abroad, and whether the person goes abroad to work or to rest.
